Our service to you begins long before your Miele machine arrives. It starts with a careful needs analysis which includes process planning and detailed efficiency calculations. In consultation with you we draw up specific solutions for your individual requirements. This results in a needs-oriented system solution that guarantees safe processes. Thanks to our individually tailored service programme with maintenance contracts we offer a preventive service. Regular inspections, servicing and maintenance result in safe and reliable work processes that maintain the value of the appliance and secure your investment. Philosophy

Miele Professional concentrates on the manufacture of commercial products for sectors using commercial dishwashers, commercial laundry technology and laboratory, dental and medical technology. Wherever innovative high-end products with an outstanding cleaning performance and high hygiene requirements are needed, Miele Professional wants to be the first choice.

History

For more than 90 years, commercially used products have been another area of success for Miele & Cie. KG. In the beginning, this was in the form of large washing machines, then came the dishwashers and since the 1960s medical products too. Since the year 2000, Miele Professional has developed from being just a product manufacturer to a system provider for commercial solutions.

Management

Miele Professional International is headed by Dr Christian Kluge.

The operational activities of the Professional area of the sales company for Germany are the responsibility of Mr Martin Hübner.

Business development

In the 2021 financial year the company achieved sales of € 4.84 bn. This corresponds to an increase of
€ 335,9 m, or 7.5%. In Germany, turnover was € 1.91 bn. As of December 31, 2021, the Miele Group employed around 22,000 people worldwide, 11,400 of them in Germany.

Sustainability

For Miele, sustainability is entrenched in the values and traditions of the company and is the absolute foundation for long-term corporate success. Miele is a member of the UN sustainability organisation Global Compact and signatory to the "Diversity Charter". Miele publishes a sustainability report every two years.
